TriYoga Berkshires

TriYoga Berkshires opened its doors in 1997.

The first center located outside of California, our beautiful building is located in the Berkshires between Great Barrington and Sheffield along the banks of the Housatonic River.

In addition to weekly classes, private sessions and teacher training, we host biannual workshops with Kali Ray and other senior teacher staff.

The center is also a venue for occasional musical and cultural events.
