YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

$15 drop-in or $100 for 10 classes–

(No expiration date on the passes)

Saturday 10:00-11:45am – Free the Hips – All Levels

Throughout our life journey we accumulate physical and emotional stresses and trauma in the hip area. TriYoga Flows support the release and ability to move beyond these habitual restrictions.

Sunday 10:00-11:45am – WATER series – LEVEL 2

Practice for those familiar with the TriYoga system.

Monday 8:30 am – Earth Series- Level 1

Monday 6pm  —Level 1

Tuesday 8:30 am – Basics

Tuesday 6pm – Basics/Level 1  with Heather

Wednesday 8:30am – Level 1 – Earth Series

Thursday 8:30 am -Basics

THURSDAY 6PM – Level 1 – EARTH -  NEW CLASS

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

$150 for a two hour session

Why Privates?

In Private Sessions we have the flexibility to explore specific hatha yoga phrases (kriyas) and prana vidya (the knowledge of our life force energy). Together we customize the practice to address your long-term or current challenges and projects.

How often should one practice?

Ideally one’s practice (sadhana) is daily – even for only a few minutes  of posture or breath practice.

When one first begins the practice it is preferable to meet twice weekly. We will work toward building your long term vision of healing and support that will include your own home practice of the hatha yoga trinity of posture, breath and mudra.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Teacher training is by arrangement and is offered for levels Basics through Level 3.

Living arrangements can also be made – either short or long term.

Fees will vary per level.
